RESEARCH CARRER

Since 2002 he has been involved in projects related to the characterization of soils and rock substrates and geotechnical studies.

Since 2013, he has been a member of the HLWU  of the Nuclear Fission Division at CIEMAT and works on CIEMAT-Enresa collaboration projects as well as European projects within the 7th framework program for the study of the behavior of irradiated fuel under storage conditions both intermediate ATC as definitive AGP.

Within the manufacturing line carried out by the CIEMATdischarge waste unit, it is developing a manufacturing system for simulated irradiated fuel and advanced fuels for studies to characterize its mechanical properties both in post-operation and storage conditions ATI , ATC and AGP.

In 2014 he obtained the "TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS OF RADIOACTIVE FACILITIES, NON-ENCAPSULATED SOURCES" and since 2018 the CIEMAT Radioactive Facility Supervisor License IR-30 granted by the CSN.
