Combustion

Cleaning and treatment of effluents from thermochemical conversion processes

  • Upgrading of liquefaction and pyrolysis products (naphtha isomerization).

  • Pilot plant (Q gas =20 Nm3/h) working at high temperature (550ºC) and atmospheric pressure for post-combustion gas treatment and CO2 capture and valorization, by means of catalysts, electro-catalysts and sorbents.

  • Pilot plant (Q gas =20 Nm3/h) working at high temperature (900ºC) and high pressure (25 bar) for gasification gases treatment and pyrolyis/liquefaction products upgrading.

  • Online gas analysis systems for thermochemical valorization process monitoring: FTIR, NDIR, GC, GC-MS, micro-GC,…
  • Membrane pilot plant for hydrogen enrichment and separation: 2 Nm3/h, 600ºC, 12 bar. It is used for selective hydrogen separation and enrichment in gasification and reforming gas mixtures by means of WGSMR, SEWGSMR.
