RESEARCH CAREER
The main research line I am involved is the study of radioactive contaminant migration in the frame of radioactive waste disposal (clayey and granitic rocks, cementitious materials). I am specialist in the study of diffusion processes in low permeable materials. Field studies include the design of geochemical reactive barriers, tracer tests and large scale and in-situ diffusion tests. At present, my studies are focused on evaluating the role of organic and temperature on radionuclide mobility.
